Your daily tasks
Business Development: Uncover and cultivate lucrative business avenues in the vibrant US Market.
Client Prospecting: Identifying and engaging potential partners within the robust food industry, emphasizing opportunities in nut paste and associated products.
Strategy Implementation: Crafting and executing tailored sales strategies to conquer the US Market and exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term client bonds to foster sustainable business growth.
Performance Tracking: Manage and track sales targets aligned with company objectives, and deliver insightful reports and future forecasts.
Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with Marketing to understand and promote company products effectively.
Product Feedback Integration: Bridging client Insights with product development teams, and ensuring seamless adaptation to market demands.
Your profile
Experience: Minimum 7 years in sales on the US market, ideally within the food industry.
Language Skills: Proficient in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
Global Outlook: Ready for international travel (approximately 30%).
Industry Insight: Deep understanding of the food industry, market trends, and customer needs. Familiarity with the unique aspects of nut paste products and their market potential is a plus.
Start-up Mindset: You are comfortable working in a fast growing and paced environment.
Project Mastery: Exhibit excellent project management skills.

Kern Tec is a B2B ingredient company specialising in the innovative production of food products using underutilised resources from the fruit industry, specifically apricot, cherry and plum pits. In Europe, fruit pits are typically considered waste, particularly within the juice industry. However, these largely untapped resources possess significant potential due to their valuable proteins and fats. At Kern Tec, we employ a washing and drying process to separate the seeds and shells, unlocking their full potential. With our patented process we have successfully established seed-based products on the plant-based alternative market. Continuous innovation allows us to maintain our zero-waste philosophy.
